Spearfish Canyon Lodge

The Spearfish Canyon Lodge is a scenic retreat for meetings, reunions and special events with 54 rooms and suites.
In addition to up-close canyon views, Spearfish Canyon Lodge offers dining, immediate access to Spearfish Canyon activities and the atmosphere of a true mountain getaway with heavy log walls and rustic stone fireplaces. Large windows in every room guarantee the best views of the Black Hills and native wildlife, and visitors can easily access trails for hiking and bird watching.
The lodge has a variety of meeting rooms, the largest serving up to 150 people and smaller rooms accommodating groups for 15-20. Spearfish Canyon Lodge also offers complete business technologies and other meeting amenities with all-inclusive packages available. The lodge is also a beautiful location for indoor and outdoor weddings and receptions.
Wilber S. Tretheway Park Pavilion
Located within Spearfish City Park, the Pavilion has ample parking for large gatherings such as weddings, dances, auctions and other community events. The Pavilion can hold up to 350 people for an affordable $225/day rental fee.
The rental includes:
- 45 round tables
- 350 folding chairs
- A kitchen with refrigerator, stove, sink and coffee pot
- Stage and sound system

Snappers Club, 416 S. Canyon St.
Snappers Club is located within the Spearfish Campground and holds up to 100 guests at a day rate of $75. The updated facility is perfect for family and class reunions, meetings and other events with air conditioning, new appliances, BBQ grills and a fire ring area.
The rental includes:
- 11 8’ rectangular tables
- 100 folding chairs
- Refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave and coffee pot

Hudson Street Hall, 222 West Hudson St.
The Hudson Street Hall can hold 160 people for both non-profit and commercial groups. Aside from renting the entire facility, groups can also reserve a medium meeting room holding 20-30 people or a large meeting room for 60.

Indian Springs Gazebo
With a newly added scenic waterfall, the Indian Springs Gazebo is a popular location for outdoor events including weddings and reunions. The facility includes electric outlets and can be rented for a full or half day at $140 or $75, respectively.

City Park Shelters
Spearfish’s city parks made great places for reunions, gatherings and special events. Picnic shelters can be reserved through Spearfish Public Works for half or full days and accommodate 30-150 people.
